Fluid painting/pour art. We will be painting using the pour and swipe method. Great for beginners! We will be doing shades of green and embellishing with shamrocks for some St. Patrick's day fun.
This will be a paint night, leave it to dry, and pick up a day or two later. (Feel free to check the Main Mercantile website for another activity to do for your pick up day, or just stop in during store hours to pick up your dried project.)

I've always been drawn to the arts, but never thought it was something I could do. I started drawing a few years ago, which merged into oil pastels, which finally made the leap to paints, the scariest of them all. Now I love to paint nature and play with different deliveries of an image. Portraying people is my biggest weakness, followed by animals!
Before discovering my love for painting, I aspired to be a writer and have published one book in a young adult series, with more to come. Finding time to create between being a wife, raising a family and working can be a challenge, but one that I enjoy immensely.
